I know, I know, another Covid thread. Have y’all heard this. Pharmacists have the right to refuse to fill your prescription for Ivermectin if it is for Covid? Even though you have a Doctor’s prescription the Pharmacists has the final say. This stuff has gotten out of hand.

Wouldn’t surprise me. I had a run in with a pharmacist, last year. My wife was trying to get a prescription filled for one of our kids. The pharmacist didn’t fill it, and when my wife came back to get it, she grilled her with a bunch of questions that were none of her business. My wife ended up having to call it in to a different pharmacy. I called the pharmacist and let her have it, but I’m sure she’s done it before and since. Apparently, she thinks she’s the authority on which prescriptions should or shouldn’t be filled, regardless of having zero contact with or knowledge of the patient.

Tell them you have ringworm. Ringworm is not a parasite. It is fungal.

I actually heard on the radio that the pharmacist does have the final say on supplying drugs not just with ivermectin but all drugs. The case they state as a example was a case where doctors prescribed many medicines to one fella. The pharmacist refuse and pointed out to the doctor the patient would be killed mixing one on the new drugs with what he was currently on . The pharmacist was correct and likely saved the mans life.

Tell them you have ringworm. Ringworm is not a parasite. It is fungal. Tell them you were on vacation and got a case of parasitic worms.

Good thing my pharmacist is at Tractor Supply.
Our doctor would not prescribe Ivermectin, citing liver concerns. Our oldest daughter’s doctor did prescribe it.
Not my monkeys, not my circus...

I spoke with the wife of a pharmacist (she works for me) and she said he cant even get ivermectin in to the pharmacy. Short supply. Imagine that.

Heck, just pull off your mask and start picking up things in the store and coughing on them. Offer to come behind the counter and give the pharmacist a big, wet slobbery kiss. Worst you will probably get is a trespass card and you already need to find a different pharmacy anyway.

I know, I know, another Covid thread. Have y’all heard this. Pharmacists have the right to refuse to fill your prescription for Ivermectin if it is for Covid? Even though you have a Doctor’s prescription the Pharmacists has the final say. This stuff has gotten out of hand. I read those stories online from the beginning. A doctor in Dallas was irate, called the pharmacy and threatened them with lawsuits for not filling the scripts.

It's comical you whine about them having no knowledge of the patient and then crying because she was trying to find out about the patient.
