Ouch! Thanks, BOBO. I thought this year's crop was a lot better than that? Did the midwest not have a good year?

No first hand knowledge but rumor has it that Bucees in Luling and Bastrop was 7.75 a day or so ago. I continue to see 9.99 in North Tx.

It will be, but nothing is cut yet. Still buying last years corn. I think it will go back to 4-5 by Dec if not Nov.

Contracts are coming down pretty quickly. I’ve been wrong before though. China is about to gain control of are grain markets so they will play games to tank it in their buying interest

I think all Brookshires have been 8.99 for most of year. Some of them don’t carry it all time or very much. Often can’t deal with a pallet or more very reliability or practically but varies by location.

You guys were starting to make me doubt myself, but I just picked up a pallet of corn at the Brookshires Distribution Center in Lufkin and got 50-40 lb. bags for $370.00- that averages out to $7.40/bag or $0.185/lb.

That’s weird. I know I questioned you before about the 40# bags. I used to be in and out of a bunch of Brookshires and still am and never seen the 40 # bags but I know you’re getting em. confused2
