Great job Clay - nothing says power like a regulation with no consequences.  This guy is so ate up with power envy that he'll even stick with BS rules he can't enforce just so he can think he's powerful. What a douche.

My chief, and the city I work for, are liberals. He was talking the other day about how we can’t seem to find good candidates to hire and people going to other departments. He then follows it up with “y’all are going to start wearing masks. Whoever refuses will be put on indefinite suspension until COVID is over”. He doesn’t care what the governor says and this is what he plans on doing. He’s going to be in for a big surprise!
