 Farm Lease Contract/Advice

I've been custom farming my place, but finally have decided if I want someone to care about the farming quality and it be done right, I need to just lease it. Anyone have a good lease agreement or things I need to be sure are in the lease?

What type of farming?
Row Crops, Hay, Cattle?

Make sure you do it on shares and get insurance.

It will be winter wheat. And this will be a cash lease, not crop share.

The county extension office has info and forms.

The county extension office has info and forms. I talked to them today about what is entailed in getting the program swapped over to a lessee. Did not think about asking if they had a sample lease. I'll check into that.
