Need some help identifying this 22 revolver. My Dad gave it to me last week and he's had it over 30 years. It's single action only. There are not any markings or writing anywhere on the outside of the pistol except for the serial number that is stamped just forward of the trigger guard on the underside. It has plastic grips and a chrome cylinder.

Anyone seen this before?

Thanks for your help!

Looks like a ruger vaquero to me. I have no clue if it ever came out as a 22.

I'm a dude who likes long barrels!

I'd guess Uberti, Hersten, or Sauer, in that order.

It is a J P Sauer & Sohn Western Marshal
Google that and you should find plenty of information on it.

Yep, looks like the Western Marshall. Many came with 2 cylinders...22lr and 22mag. Good revolvers for what they cost.
