Was at Scheels the other day. They had a collection of Colt Pythons which took my breath away. They could be yours for $105,000.

More money than sense to buy something like that. Don't know about that. In 1972 or 73 I wanted one, cost was $250. What are they bringing today?

What would $250 stuck in an interest bearing account in '72 or '73 be today? Depends on the interest rate but you’d probably have better return on the Colt.

that's nuts. Unless they are all 2-1/2" guns about the max on most pythons is $3k...that's almost double that. I saw them the other day as well.
It was $104,000 and for 20 of them.

I paid $63K for my first house, I'm out. Thanks for thinking of me. Wow! Mine was $27K and I'm not yet 50. Then again, a loaded 2021 Yukon Denali is nearly $90K.
