looks fun.
the 22-250 is my favorite varmint round. super fast therefore shoots real flat and it's easy to get a hold of.
keep update on scope shoice.

Thanks for the kind words guys. For now i have a BSA 6-24X40 illuminated reticle. These pics are a little better, you can see the true color of the gun without the camera flashing on it.

i wouldnt ever buy a bsa ever again, had two of them and they would never focus. but maybe you will have better luck, looks great and love the colors tooo

I've had two and they were alright IMO. Got one on a 22 hornet and one of the catseye ones n a 7mm WSM. Ain't the best, but they work for me.

Ya the bsa is not permanent, just had it available. once you get past about 16 power you cant see chit.

let me know how that scope works, i have the exact same one, but havent put it on a gun yet. i know its a cheapy, the girlfriend bought it for me. i planned on putting it on a night hunting gun, but i think ima buy a cheap rifle for it.

A buddy of mine has the exact same scope on his Win model 70 varmint -250 and it does the job, dead on to at least 300 yards i know, as long as you keep it below 15-16 power and dont try to zoom way in his is ok. Im going to get a scope that has a 50mm objective so i can gather a little more light at night

ok, so the recoil doesnt affect it?? does it ever come off of its zero froma lil bump. i plan on getting really good rings, but the gun its goin on will be knocked around A LOT!

he has leupold rings and bases on it and its fine. It DOES NOT get knocked around alot tho! Its not a truck gun!

That's a fine looking varmint popper there. Have you ever tried the Barnes 36 GR Varmint Grenades in the 22-250? They get the job done at 300.
