I guess the only positive result from COVID ....quick weight loss. I was a long hauler in January quit monitoring weight loss after 25 pounds. Am I correct in assuming other folks also experienced significant weight loss? I am a bit concerned now that I am struggling to put the weight back on and KEEP it on. Anybody also having this problem?

Are you eating less? Start consuming high carb foods, drink a lot of milk, tons of carbs in milk.

I've had covid twice and hadn't lost any weight. Going on my 5th month with no taste or smell but still have a appetite.

I never got tested, but the doctor that lives next door said my symptoms were the Covid gastrointestinal version. I lost right at 15 pounds back in mid December thru early January, couldn't keep food inside for long. Still don't have my apatite completely back and still down about 5 pounds.
