Silencershop online is easy and then just find a kiosk in your area.

Top Gun Range has been great for me, and they're hooked into the SiShop system.

Quick question - is there a difference (easier vs harder) between doing a trust with more than one person and as an individual?

I’d like to do a trust with my brother (and maybe dad) if it doesn’t complicate things too much. Thanks

Best way is do a trust then later add brother/ dad/ etc as trustees which can be added or subtracted as you see fit.
The form is one page and must be notarized but it saves from having all to submit fingerprints pictures if they are put in trust up front. At least that’s how my lawyer said he recommended doing it.

Doing a Trust with additional people does complicate things a little. The NFA Form (X) is submitted along with a National Firearms Act (NFA) Responsible Person Questionnaire 5320.23 for each person going on the Trust. This means that fingerprints and photos have to be done for each person. I did a Form 4 for a guy that had 11 people on his Trust. What a cluster fukc! My advice is to add them later down the road.

The way I set up NFA trusts in my practice is to establish it with only one trustee. Once the trustee has acquired the NFA items wanted, then the other trustees get added. As noted by others above, your NFA applications will only require one person's fingerprints, background check, etc. Once you've gotten the tax stamps, you can add other trustees without the background checks (until you decide to acquire another NFA goodie).

I have used Uncle Zeek on here for legal work for our rental business and he is a really standup guy. I haven't gotten into NFA items yet, but I will eventually and I'll use him for that too. Highly recommended in case anyone is looking for legal assistance.

Maybe a silly question, but does it make a difference if you have an LTC or not? 2 of my goals for 2021 are to get my LTC and to get a suppressor.

Thanks
