Andy you had an issue and the issue was resolved with a reply from Chad, an apology and a Refund. Why are you continuing to drag this out?

Here lately, my schedule has been loading thousands of rounds a day, shipping out 8 to 20 packages of ammo a day, coordinating the schedule of 5 employees, coordinating building out a new $400K shop to move into within a week or so, playing secretary answering phone calls all day, evening and night, on the weekends, and while you are sitting in the deer stand hunting, and texts 24/7 wanting instant feedback and get pissed when you don't reply within a few minutes. Just like this thread started on the weekend and people want replies back ASAP. Well, things have been a little busy and I will certainly miss calls, texts, emails and have a few orders not go as planned. That's part of it. When an order or two doesn't go as planned or someone becomes impatient, it is certainly posted up for the world to know. That's social media for you. What I don't stand for is when someone openly criticizes you on social media, and then still wants ME to do work for them. At that point, I'm done working for you, and they are shocked when I tell them this.

You never hear about the MANY great orders and many texts I get from hunters, hunters kids and friends sending me their pictures of their awesome animals, the pictures of 2" groups at 1000 yards, or shipping ammo to the concerned citizen who needs ammo NOW because he has riots 2 blocks from his house. Those are the texts and feedback on why I do this. That's what I like!

So take it for what it’s worth but I’ll just hold on to my money till ammo becomes available instead of someone on a website.
