After reading that article, I don't know how you can defend him. I wanted to be a cop after my first enlistment in the army. Physically I was at my best, but not mentally prepared for it. I finally took the oath at 30 after 2 more re-enlistments and a whole lot of maturing. I don't think anyone under 25 is ready to be a cop.

“Lucas fired his gun four times, Simmons wrote, hitting Price in the upper torso. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. Three bullets punctured the store’s ice freezer.“ He is lucky he didn’t kill anyone else. Price did apparently resist arrest tho, but sounds completely unnecessary.

We had an officer here in New Braunfels pull his weapon and taze a guy for a dirty license plate, the body cam video was on the news. The officer is now looking for a new career
