I wanted something a little different for hunting rifle than what is typically seen, so after looking around I settled on a 30-06 Ackley Improved. Tony here on the forum did my barrel chambering, fit, and finish to the Remington 700 action. FiremanJG helped me get my gun to and from Tony, plus helped with reloading tips. ChadTRG helped out with pressure signs and powder ideas. So with a lot of help from some very intelligent folks I got exactly what I was hoping for.
