Does anyone hunt on the Berry Farm or Big Creek Parks around the North Side of Wright Patman Lake? My Stepson lives close by there and we were wanting to try hunting on one or both of these places. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Go too the Corp webpage for that lake. All of them have one. From there you should be able to find the Corp book that gives the rules and who manages that area. Some is managed by TPWD and a lot /most is managed by the Corp local office. Examples: Ray Roberts is managed by TPW and Lewisville and Grapevine are managed by the Corp and issue permits.
