We are planning a trip to Crenwelge in Doss next week and I was wondering if anyone had been there last year or this year to hunt? Curious to know what their deer herd looked like when you were there.

I hunt on a crenwegle’s place in Schleicher county. However, it’s an annual lease. Owner is fantastic and the hunting is good.

Anything in the Doss area should not be a disappointment. That part of Gillespie County has an abundance of deer.

Looks like we timed this perfect. Seems like the weather and rut is aligning.
