I saw on TV that the Dallas Cowboys took the worst beating ever on MNF.

I initially thought he was saying it as support for Biden based on his original statement about using a lot of fuel. After I thought about it, I believe he was actually slamming Joe/Hoe for not being patriotic enough to allow them. I can't say for sure but that's my take on it.
