I am in the process of replacing blinds on my property with pit blinds. Does anyone have any ideas on less expensive blinds than the $800 ones that I have found? I need to put in a lot of them. thanks.

Is what you are talking about the same as a sinkbox, if so, I think it is illegal to do so.

No, a sinkbox is under the water. A pit blind is in the land. Nothing illegal about digging a hole in the land to hunt out of.

a sink box is a free floating blind that is mostly under water, If you wanted to build a water proof blind that is in the water but attached to the ground underneeth you could

look at this page on TP&W it give discription of a sink box, scroll down the page a little way and you will find the discription.

Just put a sail on it and say you were sailing with some guns in tow.
