Got a bit of the munchies earlier so threw this together as a test. Not bad for a snack.
1 can of chunk light tuna with juices
4 tbs of cream cheese
2 tbs of Dukes real mayo
2 tbs of your favorite salsa
4 tbs of Mrs. Renfro's Hot Chow Chow
I tossed in just a pinch of cayenne and cumin and then whipped it all up and let it set in fridge for awhile.
Pretty good with multigrain chips.
