I have been working from home going on 3-4 weeks now. Have been able to keep up with work from home and a few trips out. Time with my family has been great. We potty trained my little girl since we have been home, got my 5 year old shooting his BB gun iron sight and shot the crossbow some too, my yard looks like a golf course green and taken care of the honey do list, and last but not least spent a lot of time with my old dog,

And auto insurance is giving refunds. Another take it to the bank moment.

And auto insurance is giving refunds. No daycare bill for the little one and getting refunds on older ones school(private pre k) feels like I got a hell of a raise. Plus we have only bought 1 tank of diesel since it all started.

The first week was harder with everyone getting used to the new schedule etc. but I can honestly say I will be sad to see it go when it does. I could easily work from home 3 or so days a week normally if the boss would allow it.

Of course I could be wrong but I suspect even those who fall within the Democrat base have started thinking for themselves instead of just believing what those on the left keep telling them.

I too am into week 5 working remotely from home. Definitely a lot of positive things working like this ... 2 hours less commute each day, less wear/tear on my commuter car, I haven't had pants on in going on 5 weeks (shorts), amazingly enough better handle on dietary needs, getting to have more time with the wife and seeing her throughout the day, much less stress in a lot of aspects.

I read a news article this morning that was discussing whether the traditional office space was going to come back into play after the virus was cleared. Lots of business being conducted from home with limited hiccups. The cost savings on office spaces might push some employers to move more towards working from home full time even when not mandated. Doesn't work for every business but will be interesting to observe. I know I have appreciated being home with the family while still being able to work over the past weeks.

This whole "lockdown" [censored] is moronic.
With that said - I probably get more work done at home in less time - which means more time to get stuff done around our place. Was able to get 3 pastures sprayed, 2 others mowed - that I would not have been able to due to the time of the rain.
Too bad the fishing has sucked - lord knows I've done plenty of that too.
Ready to get this stuff opened back up - I need a vacation.
