The other thread asking about whiskey got me thinking. Do y’all know what to do with the lids from Blantons?

I thought my wife was throwing them out (she was saving them up). And then my daughter made this display for me. I am still missing one of letters.

I believe that if you put them in a circle like the very first movies, it will look like a horse running. Also each one has a letter and they will spell Blantons.

Use the bottles for the ultimate chandelier in a man cave or game room.

Pull the top out and throw it over your shoulder. Freinds don’t leave an untopped bottle. Something my favorite customer taught me in ‘99, back when the oilfield was still fun.

Which letter are you missing?

They sell displays for them on their website. If you look, each is a different horse with a different letter. Collect all so they spell BLANTONS. I’m not there yet.

You have to start a relationship with your liquor stores. 99% of the time, the regulars know WAY before the rest of us.
Talk with the mgr of your favorite store. They’ll point you in the right direction

Of my last four secured, two came from Bowling Green (yes, Kentucky) and two from the Netherlands (yes, the ol' continent). This was between Christmas and New Years. Have seen none (as in zero) since. Down to the two from the Netherlands.

How in the world were you able to obtain the 2nd "N" prior to getting the 1st one?

I’m jealous of your collection there.

This fascinating forum opened my eyes (again). Never, ever knew there were first and 2nd n's in the Blanton's letters. Now I do. Thanks SS.

So much to absorb, so much to learn.

Dang, now I know where all the Ns went, you guys have them.
Thanks for the offer Ox190, but Hudbone already has one on the way to me. And I found a T, so I will have them all soon.

Love that Blanton's Straight From the Barrel in your pic. I have gotten to where I don't even buy regular Blanton's Single Barrel much anymore, or at least don't actively look for it, because I prefer just to have the Blanton's SFTB shipped to me. One of my favorite bourbons.

Funny thing a buddy brought me two bottles from London. I love high proof Bourbons but I prefer Stagg Jr over SFTB. Blanton's is too hit or miss for me

Stagg Jr is great. I wish it was easier to come by, I would buy it more often.

Here is some interesting Blanton's bottles.
I found a few 375 ml bottles a few years back. They are WB Liquors Store Picks.
My daughter gave me the little sample size ones. She actually found a 750ml bottle that was bottled on the day she was born. She opened it on her 30th birthday, it was dang good. There was a short debate on whether or not it should be held till her 40th, then the bottle was opened.
I have always thought it strange that some of the Blanton's were only released internationally.
