 Help with how to buff a sharp edged chamber

I just picked up a new 1100 .410. Love it, it's really fun to shoot. The chamber is very sharp and shaves a little bit of plastic off the shell every 15-20 rounds and causes the shell to hang. What should I use to smooth the edge of the chamber?

Slow and steady you should be fine. Just remember, it’s real easy to take to much off

I’d use a handheld India or even a Ceramic stone before using a dremel.

If it the very edge of the chamber, then cut down a shell,
Knock out the old primer, glue in a dowel rod.
Use fine lapping compound like 600 grit or 800
And spin the shell in the chamber.
Forum says "Veteran Tracker". I could not track a garbage truck into a fireworks factory.

I’m not anti dremel as some are. I have a cotton buffer for it and different grades of jewelers rouge. Works great for stuff like that.

Wrap a 1/4” dowel in some 400 grit paper and spin it in a drill. Don’t need to polish higher and it would take a while to do damage with 400.

Just take your time whichever route you take....I'd polish it a bit then cycle a few rounds....if necessary polish some more...then repeat....
Good luck....sounds like it just needs a little TLC then a good breaking in...

Yeah, I'm going to take it slow. Polish a little then use, polish a little more. Can't put it back once it's gone.

I had a issue with a Glock chamber like that. I took some wheel polish and just worked it over good with my finger. Gun now feeds and ejects 100%.
Do NOT use a rotary tool!!! They will remove metal to quickly and change angles as well.
