Do you think there will be a shortage of shot shells come dove season this year?

I was just wondering the same thing.....I have quite a bit left over from 2 yrs ago, didn't get out much last year.
Lead shot prices are way back down I understand so hopefully shotshell prices will reflect a lower consumer cost.

I hope so.... I have 8 cases of 12ga left over from a corp. hunt 2 years ago...

I don't think there will. I would imagine that only hardcore survivalists are stocking up on 2 3/4" #7.5's right now. Maybe a shortage of slugs and buckshot, but not field loads, at least I don't think so.

IDK, I hoarded 12 cases 2 years ago and havn't shot them up yet. got lucky and found them on sale @ Academy for $26 per case.

I'VE SEEN TONS OF SHOT SHELLS ON MY VISITS TO VARIOUS RETAIL STORES.

I know where I am the 100 rounds box are $20.00 (4 boxes at 25 rounds per box = 100 rounds). Hopefully they go on sale even more before the season.

Places around me seem to have plenty of 12 ga in bird load ranging from light target to heavy bird. But, cant find 2 3/4 00buck. Have seen some in 3" but not 2 3/4. The cases at the wal-mart in mineola are all on sale right now marked down by about $5 a case.
