Well, you have the flu bad, maybe your temp spiked really high. Ive had hallucinations with my fever around 104-105. If you took a normal dose of Nyquil and didn't mix it with other meds or alcohol, Im much more inclined to believe it was your temp over the Nyquil. This makes sense, at least to me.

It use to be 25% Alcohol now it's Only 10%.

It gives me vivid dreams. I can only take 1 of two pills and it still gives me a hangover

Nyquill has never bothered me, albeit I don't take it that much. I have had hallucinations and out of body type stuff due to high fever but its been a while. My guess is thats what you had going on.

A: NyQuil has three active ingredients: acetaminophen (a pain reliever/fever reducer), dextromethorphan HBr (a cough suppressant) and doxylamine succinate (an antihistamine).
Has to be the dextro.
Agree. I have had some weird experiences with Nyquil, usually with the flu.
This cannot be fixed at the voting booth.. Wake Up You Morons!

Had you taken anything else?
Also, there’s no codeine in NyQuil

I'm pretty weak right now, dropped 7lb in 4 days. Nothing in my stomach. I was about to ask if you took it on an empty stomach.
