I'm planning on taking a buck next few days and need to find a good processor in this area. I called one in Shiner but they wanted the deer already skinned and quartered and had a long wait. I just want to shoot one, gut it and take directly to a good processor. Looking to make sausage, chili/stew meat, buck sticks, hamburger etc. Any suggestions in Gonzales, Seguin, Luling area. Thanks.

They have a location in Seguin. I have used them several times with good results. They have accepted field-dressed (unskinned) deer for me in the past.

Second that, didn't know if they still did game processing but if you like garlic their garlic sausage is very good in my opinion.
