Quieter than the Sparrow, easier to clean, and lighter, and it can take 17 HMR and 22 Mag. The old model Sparrows were rated for .22LR only. I like being able to just put the baffles in the SS tumbler to clean. One thing I do know, pre-treating any 22 rimfire suppressor with DOT-5 brake fluid before use makes it MUCH easier to clean. I don't have the link anymore but search it and read up on it.
