Cooked these bad boys on Saturday for Mom's birthday; man were they good. Reheated for lunch they were still better than most others I've cooked.

Funny thing. Most people on THF prefer baby back ribs. The barbecue places all use Saint Louis ribs. I tried them side by side at a neighbors get to gather. I've been going with Saint Louis ribs since that time. These are Saint Louis ribs from 407. A Saint Louis rib is a trimmed spare rib.

Those look good, I actually prefer my ribs the next day. All the juices and flavors have had a long time to sit and meld together.

Heck yes I have 4 racks of ribs in the freeze that will go on the smoker before to long!

Heck yes I have 4 racks of ribs in the freeze that will go on the smoker before to long! Cook all of them at one time. They are easy to freeze, and heat well in the microwave.
