This is the third incident with new ammo both pictures were taken less than 24hrs of firing.
224 Valkyrie ammo second is precision 308 muzzle after removing break.

I have some input from an industry insider but wanted others input first.

Could a copper solvent or moisture be present in the bore and chamber?

100% this. The muzzle, along with the ammo, being coated in the aqua blue color is a reaction from solvents and the copper from the bullets. The 224 Valkrie brass shows this color from solvent being pushed into the gas system and getting it in the chamber. So, you need to dry out your barrel and gas port/tube area better next time.
