22-250, I bought this in 1967 shot maybe 10rds, has been protected all these years, if I had kept the box you would swear its new, not even a pin size mark any where. when I bought there were no big bx stores, the local gun shop knew me quite well and called and said he had something I might like, the serial number is my birth year, so I bought it. it is in perfect condition.

There will be a premium on that one being a low serial number, but the real value is in the long action non prefix rifles.

And Yes ENU is who you want to talk to when it comes to #1's.

I have a couple. 4 Digit serial# restocked in maple (.22-250) and a newer dash serial# .257 Roberts. Both wear Nikon scopes and both are tack drivers.
