I'd like to defer to the whole Northeast of the US.
Guessing that isn't exactly what you were looking for so for that reason I'll say Bronx, NY with Philly being a real close 2nd.

Easy- San Francisco, CA. I love going to the wine country in Sonoma and Napa, but can't stand going through San Fran.

Trenton, NJ - was warned by hotel staff not to walk to a restaurant three blocks away on same street. The worst of NJ and PA rolled into one community.

For me it's a toss up between Baltimore and Detroit. Hate traveling to either one of them.

I haven't traveled much. I would probably be debating between Houston and San Antonio and ive spent my whole life in San Antonio. Ran two homeless men off our office porch this morning. Picked up all the trash they left, and on my way back into the office our secretary said she checked our security cams from the night before and had video of them giving each other bj's and hj's throughout the night   SO GLAD I USED THE GRABBER THING INSTEAD OF MY HAND to pick up the trash! In reality I would guess much of the same goes on in most of the bigger cities.
