I like them but these are just too hot for me to enjoy. Loved the taste but they are very hot.

Never had real spicy version, but have eaten the regular pickled quail eggs. They are good with crackers,sliced salami and cheese sticks. Used to be a bar on the county line that sold them in pint jars with a plate of cold cuts and sliced cheese, That was dinner on a few occasions, a lot better than their greasy hamburgers.

Skinner speaks the truth about Praseks and quail eggs....lotsa other good stuff there also. I have dumped some money in that one on 59 coming back from La casinos when I lived in Rockport.

Dennis would eat like three of them and have 2 beers by 8am on Sunday. We drove back to Texoma so it was not a good idea hauling the boat back.We were coming from south of Houma scared
