How much it shifts is different for each suppressor on each fun. The important part is it is a consistent shift for that suppressor on that gun. The barrel harmonics change, you have more weight on the barrel

Mine shoots about 2" low and slightly right (I think right?) if I remember correctly. But, I sighted all my rifles in with the suppressor on and never leave home without it so I don't care what it does without it on the gun.

I have had same POI on a dpms 308 but most are an inch to 2 inches.
I once drank muddy water out of a hoof print and was dang glad to get it.

POI shift mainly depends on how heavy/thick your barrel is. The thinner and longer the barrel is, the more POI shift you will see. I have some heavy barrel rifles that show no POI shift. If you do get a POI shift, it will generally lower your POI from a naked barrel. The weight of the can pulls the barrel down some. How much lower depends on your set up. Generally, you will see 2" to 6" lower.

I tested the new Griffin Explorer 6.5 yesterday on my heavy barreled 6.5 and it was a tad lower

My Q Full Nelson as about 2 - 2-1/2" POI shift, low and left. Ammo, Hornady 147Gr ELD-M.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

Once I started shooting with the suppressor, I never shot it without. So no idea what the POI shift is. Heck, the 458 has never been shot without.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.
