Does anyone have any idea what the leaser pays for a land lease from University of Texas? These very seldom change hands and don't come up very often, but when they do, the leaser gets the grazing rights and the hunting rights. I was just curious as to what these land leases go for per acre? Lots of ranching families make their money on UT lands.

It's a sealed bid process and they are very long term leases
Gun's don't kill people. The Government does.
I killed eight gophers last year and a purebred Tennessee walking horse that was looking at me funny.

It isn't like obtaining a typical hunting or grazing lease ---> University Lands / PUF TxWell, that link stopped working just after posting it, try this one. ---> Univesity Lands
