I was there too, had a blast! One of the guests was a state game biologist from New Mexico that's also a hunting buddy of Rinella's, and Jesse Griffiths, who is the executive chef for "Dai Due" here in Austin and a well-known chef specializing in cooking game (Check out his book "Afield", which is fantastic).

We did a suicide run, Austin to Dallas and back to Austin after the show, but there wasn't any significant traffic in either direction and we got to eat lunch at Miller's Smokehouse in Belton and had some cold Peticolas Golden Opportunities before the show.
