I've seen some bad reviews of them online, mainly customer service. But I haven't had any problems. Talked to them earlier this week about sending an X2 rifle stock back to have the LOP shortened. They emailed me a service order, filled it out and emailed back. They quickly sent me a UPS shipping label which I wasn't even expecting.

I have shot a couple of their rifles and was impressed. Reviews, take them with a grain of salt. A guy recently left me a bad review when I would not refund his purchase, and he wanted to keep the product. Go figure.

fwiw - I have several MRC's and they all have been exceptionally accurate, right around a 1/2 MOA consistently, and worked correctly out of the box without any additional work. Only a belted mag, 300 WM, took more than a few test loads to find one that would cut cloverleafs. The 300 WM took about 200 rounds of experimenting to find a 1/2 MOA load.

I have two of them from the initial run of short action stainless actions. Both are fine shooters and have given no trouble.

I have one of their actions in .300 wsm on a light Kevin Weaver build. Shoots great and no problems. This is my fav. mountain rifle.
