What do you do with 8 of them at one time ??? A lot of cleaning, and a very happy taxidermist. The park wants them removed to protect the native animals, same as hogs. They asked all the deer hunters to remove as many exotics as possible.

One of my employees took the meat, deboned, seasoned and wrapped it with cooked banana leaves, steam cooked it and made tacos and it was damn good! Its like anything else, it depends on whose cooking it.
