Not sure where your at, but take your bow to a qualified tech and they can help you out. When I bought mine, I was told they could only tune the bow so far one way or the other. I got my Diamond "Black Ice" at Gander Mountain. I spent a little more for the bow, but the guys there are knowledgable and willing to help. It was my first bow, they have really helped in educating me in what and what not a bow can do. If you have a G.Mnt. in your area, I'm sure they could help; if nothing else give you some good advice. Goodluck.

You can do it your self by just turning the limb bolts out. Just remember turn the top and bottom the same amount. SO if you turn the top 2 full turns turn the bottome one 2 full turns. I would not recomend you turning them out more then 4 full turns.

If you need to go down more weight then that I would recomend you going to a pro shop and have them change your limbs out to a lower weight. If you have 70# limbs now I would say go down to a 60# limb.

Your bow is going to preform best at it peak weight and specks.
