close by Certified Cerakoters?

1. Alamo
2. Rebel
3. Wylie Custom Guns.

While looking at the Cerakote website, there are some Really talented artists doing guns around the USA. a couple here in Texas. I need one who will take the gun down to "parts' cerekote and re-assemble. I want some thing different not the same old burnt bronze and black.

That's so KRoyal peep

Scalpel arms does some cool things. Proud of their work, but some of it amazing

There are two types of coaters from my vantage point
Single color- they want to just hit everything with one color and call it good

Artist- do some really cool stuff but the problem is the prep work is so time intensive

I follow these guys on IG and they do some amazing work. APR did a couple of my rifles and I would recommend them as well.

I started doing it myself in my garage. Seems to not be too hard.

Buzz, with all your time, you would honestly have fun doing it. For the price of 1 cerakote job you could buy everything needed to do it yourself.

I have a complete professional refinishing area in my shop, but I am still recovering from back surgery so I am taking a break from working. I got certified back in 2014 and it’s a lot of fun. I have a stencil machine that can make stencils out of anything with the software. It’s really addicting and the hardest part for me is finally settling on a finish that I like. So I do a lot of finishes on friends firearms and hunting equipment. Message me if you are ever interested in making your own set up. I know where you can get the best media blasting cabinet, media and all the stuff needed for the best prices. Have a great day!

Full disclosure- I'm sponsored by them. I'd recommend checking out Polymer Performance in San Antonio. 100% veteran owned and operated, and they do some awesome work with quick turnaround times. While the focus mostly on Glocks and other poly-framed handguns, they've cerakoted one of my ARs and are more than capable of handling whatever project you want.
