So.....my garden has been producing in excess all year long and recently i thought about starting to throw some of the excess out at the lease as a possible deer attractant. What im curious about is what veggies yall have seen deer favor more than others. I have cucumbers, okra, banana pepper, bell pepper, tomato, crookneck squash and a few other varieties of peppers of varying degrees of heat. Is there anything yall have seen them prefer? Or stuff that they will not touch? I tend to be giving them the stuff that is either getting a bit old or is over sized (ie i missed when was ready and is now not something most folks will eat)

Makes no difference. Hogs will find it first.

In my experience, adding something new to the food plot can scare them away. This close to opening day, I would not change anything.
