Obviously, I do I will not give you my biased opinion. Message Dstroud there literally is no one in the US that has shot one longer than him. It's not a pain especially since we now stock loaded ammo with Peterson headstamp brass, and stock Whidden full length die sets. Just dont use Busing dies and you will be golden

cuz they are a PIA and IMO only, they are not needed the majority of the time.

But really it probably make forming cases more difficult, an expert will be along in a minute to clarify.

You have to neck down 6mm Creedmoor to get .22 Creedmoor. Bushing dies don't do as well as standard dies, at necking down brass.

You can buy 22 Creedmoor head stamped brass. Alpha Munitions makes LRP brass, but never have it In Stock. They supply Copper Creek with brass for their ammo, and you can buy the brass from them.

I prefer SRP brass,so I just neck down Starline 6 mm Creedmoor brass for mine using Whidden dies.

Not anymore we have whidden full length dies and have since late 2014 $199 we also have the exclusive on 22 creedmoor Peterson brass as well as 2 different loaded rounds in the 75 and 80 grain on a joint project with Peterson and Blackwater. You can also get alpha 22 headstamped brass.

Good to know.

The statement is still true when having to neck down 6mm Creedmoor to 22. I learned the hard way, using a bushing die, necking down .308 to 7mm-08, a standard die is mo betta.

Nice deer.... that boy is getting big.

I have ran most all brands of 6.5 and Hornady 6mm Creedmoor thru my Whidden die and turned it into 22 Creedmoor with no issues. You can use Bushing dies but expect to have donuts after a couple of firings and some have had chambering issues as well.
