how far are you'll from vernon. I've been hunting there a few time edging to some ranch. I don't know much about that area but supposedly it was the biggest ranch in the area and they only hunted 200 acres right in the center. Maybe you know where I'm talking about!!!!

Does it have water and electric? Can we bring minor children and spouses? Can we have guests? Is there lodging on this land or a place for a travel trailer? Are there any other limitations? How many deer can be harvested per season? To clarify, this is a year round lease? Are atv's allowed? Do we supply our own feeders and stands(blinds)? A lot of info has been left out of your post.
