For a very nice. no blemished blue. Sig Saur P228r, 9mm, stamped Germany, bought in May 2009, I have it from a trade. been in my case, have not fired it. PM's please.
what could i get for it? funding next project. this is not an offer to sell just a what if

Hate to say it...... either it's for sale (need to post a price) or it's not...... forum rules I believe he’s looking for a general price to start with so he can post it fairly. It’s not like he’s a new member trying to bypass rules. I didn’t see your comment on the previous thread with the same question about a different weapon. He’s looking for help.

Then don't say it. He's trying to figure out market value, rather than doing a bunch of research it easier for him to rely on the braintrust here. Since we're throwing around opinions...I don't think you should be able to advertise in your signature without being a forum sponsor but I don't say anything when folks do  Sorry Hooker, I have no idea what it's worth but thought I'd throw my opinion in like SC.

Have done loads of research on this weapon, the fact that itis "German" seems to make a difference in pricing, the actual price on the case was $999.99. Sorry if I broke the rule, noticed the other request and followed that lead, as nothing was said about it.

btw, 2Bezz , thanks, registered: 9/01/04 The “German” designation only matters to true collectors. Otherwise, $500-$650 is fair price.
