my guide/outfitter person in Breckendridge/Woodson area just offered refunds. So...I'm guessing Graford is worse than Woodson area. So that ain't good...

I drove Graford ares this AM. A lot of fresh mowing. Counted about 50 doves in one area much less than last year don’t look that great.

Hunter 64 - not much to speak of in terms of birds. Rains came too late, still don't know why HRR leased your field. You should talk to Stringer.

Halfadozen-thank you for taking a look for me. We will have to see what happens. Maybe when some of the fronts come through they will push some birds down.

Any new reports from the Graford area?

I live in the area and I’m driving all the way to Anson to hunt. I called everyone I know from here to Abilene and the only good reports I got were Anson and Sterling City. We got nada over here. The other morning I drove from Graham to OKC. I was looking and counted 7 dove from Graham to Wichita Falls. I did get one report from a guy that had a few in Albany and heard there were quite a few on the Eastland golf course.

Scalebuster-Your report was right on for the Graford area. I got one shot all morning. No birds at all.

I don't know if they will move in or not. We have sunflowers and water.

We saw about 20 birds in our fields near Newcastle from first light until around 10 am.
