('cept for the rich boys on MLD properties, yall feel free to blast away at will)

how does being on an mld lease make you a rich boy?.... my lease is mld and im no where near rich

i know kinda off topic but i was just wondering where you got that from....

^^^ I know what he is payin' on one, but am curious as well. Folks shouldn't knock it, 'til they try it and may walk away alot cheaper even with the ability of blasting away @ deer 5 months out of the year.

currently we dont gun hunt 5 months out there on cottingham rifleman but we are on mld level 3 so we could be but the club president isnt allowing us to.

true, my dads club is mld 3 as well and they start mid Oct and wrap it up at the end of Jan... ours cranks up asap and closes the end of Feb. Guess it all depends on the pres. or the BODs of those places.

30-30? I guess I have been shooting the bottom end of firearms all of these years and did not know I was shooting such a small gun. Oh well, I will keep shooting this without worring what other hunters think about it with all of the new short, extra long, medium, and what ever kind of mags they come out with. As for the crossbow, who knows it could be fun and something new for some folks. Heck I might get me one since I have never shot a bow. I think it would be easier than trying to understand "How to write a occupation take up again when your a no craft experience?" How in the heck did that come into the topic? The crossbow or any bow will make me get closer than 60 yards from my blind, so for me I think I may give it a try if it passes. Good thing I feed Indian corn, the deer really like it and seem to stay at the feeder longer.

I don't like the crossbow law at all. I know one thing, there will sure be allot of second hand Xbows on the market after all of the "newcomers" get a taste of those October Bloodsuckers.
