You know those little stainless steel little pieces of metal that holds bacon on a piece of stesk...
Anyone know where you can get them locally in DFW ? Kept my back straps and need to get the processed and in the freezer.
May have to go online route / but wanted to check first !

same... toothpicks! soak them in water so they don't burn too much. Ive also used regular shish-kabob skewers makes turning several small pieces at one time easier.

I used to manage a meat dept. for Brookshires. We used them all of the time. You might try buying a few from them or some other meat dept. that has a full service meat counter. You might also try alliedkenco or the link below. I use tooth picks. https://dakotaskewers.com/products
