Its located between oakwood and buffalo way out in the country, next to a huge cattle ranch. On the end of a dirt road.

I hunted just ouside of Oakdwood for five years. There are some good deer in that area, but they are few and far between. Now if you like hunting hogs there are plenty of those.

I live in Tyler and am interested in the lease, could you send me some more info and a price, also I'd like to take a look at it sometime soon, is this a year round lease where I could shoot hogs, varmit, etc.?

Im sorry for the mis-understanding. This is me and my brothers lease but he is going overseas so Im looking for one or two hunters to join the lease. So far I have one guy and me. I would like to have one or maybe two more at most. Thanks for the interest its a pretty nice place but it is still a work in progress.
