we have seen more and more axis does down there over the years. got this one with same kiddo years (and 60 pounds) ago. that was first axis that i had ever seen. we dont shoot does anymore. this one had two babies in it that were pretty far along. had no idea they breed year round. others have seen males in the area and seem to see more and more. i hope this trend continues. will do euro mount and have hide tanned of buck above. thanks for the replies. coonsaw
