Here is a salmon I caught today. It's my biggest so far. The plan is to get up in the morning and try to get on a deer.

Well, no deer Sunday. Just enough mountain hiking to kick my butt for two days. We did go out on a friend of my son's boat again yesterday and caught six Rockfish and two Lingcod. For reference, the top Lingcod was 36 1/2" long and the biggest Rockfish was 21 1/2" long. This trip is turning out to be more surf than turf but we've had a blast fishing. The bay was like glass most of the day.

 I love Alaska. I'm waiting on my tiger rockfish mount to be ready.
