How would you rate this Tax Shop with regards to quality of mount, price & delivery as promised?

I took him a severed hog head to be a skull, Euro, mount. November 2015 He promised a six week delivery, which I thought was extraordinary. Got it in six months. The real issue was I paid in full when I dropped it off, stupid, and when done he couldn't find my papers say I paid. I had it picked up by a Cross Plains local who straighten him out. I'm in Arizona.

I took a buck there a few (3?) years ago for a euro mount. S-L-O-W and difficult to communicate with. In the end, I told him I had been patient and polite and that I was coming in one week to get it. Be there with my completed mount or I won't be patient and polite. He was there, the mount was done and he was apologetic.
PS And I never got all my meat from the processor that is basically next door to Potter's - my fault for not checking the box before I left

Two leasemates have taken their bucks there with no issues; turn around was reasonable (2016 bucks returned in less than a year) and prices were better than they expected. Another hunter had a Euro done and it looked good to me, but Potter charges more than MC Taxidermy (who I use and member on here) in the Mid-Cities.
I currently have a badger/rattlesnake scene there and also a porcupine with him. He has had them since December of '16. I don't expect them back until early 2018, but I also didn't ask how long at dropoff as I have never had a big game taxidermist hit their self imposed delivery deadlines.
I will NOT use the guys down the road in Rising Star.
