That 307 Win a quite rare! It probably is a tough decision to alter it.

I always thought that Rossi had a lot of potential in the Rio Grande, a 336 clone. They could have made special runs of rifles chambered in 25-35 Win, 32 Win Spl, and 38-55 Win and I bet they would have been quite popular with the existing 30-30 Win and 45-70 Govt owners. I would have bought all three just to have them.

That rifle model has been unavailable for a couple of years ago, but the new factory that production was moved to should be up and running soon with the rifle out the door in the fall.

Used to have a Win BB 307. Kick myself every time I remember trading it off. Was a great LE round.
