I'm helping a landowner fill his lease for next season. He's looking for a small group, 2-4 guns. It's a large pond that's about 8-10 acres, with easy access to most of it. It is about 15 minutes south east of Bonham. He's asking $3000 for the whole thing. It includes duck, dove and hogs, and good bass fishing. You'll have year round access for hogs and fishing.
