Anybody had problems running protein or protein/corn mix in these feeders. Just bought 2 700lb.feeders and wanted to try mixing protein with corn. Thanks!

Is it a spin feeder or a protein feeder? Seems a little silly to dump protein on the ground. If you wanted to feed a mix and control how much you're feeding just buy some timed protein feeders.

Yep. You throw that protein on the ground and a very small percentage will make it to it's intended target.
I've got several of the HB protein feeders and I mix some corn in initially just to get them started on the pellets.
